Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy Program
Hormone Therapy is individualized and we are here help you balance your hormones. Our compounding specialists are trained and participate annually to stay updated on the latest treatment options. We work with your practitioner to develop a plan tailored to you.
Our program involves a two step process. You must complete hormone testing and our comprehensive online evaluation before scheduling a consultation. During the consultation, our specialist will review symptoms, discuss medical history, and inquire about current medications. Recommendations will be made in regards to dietary and lifestyle changes that may be impacting your hormonal balance. At the end of the consultation, a treatment recommendation will be made to your practitioner who is licensed to prescribe BHRT. A prescription must be returned to us before your medication can then be compounded and made available.
Once treatment is initiated, response is individualized. It does take 6 to 8 weeks for hormones to stabilize. Adjustments are not typically made until the end of this time frame. We will follow up to check on your progress and make adjustment recommendations if needed.

Fee Schedule
Hormone Testing
Landy's recommends ZRT Laboratories saliva tests for our female patients. Test kits can be picked up at the pharmacy and payment is made directly to the lab. The basic panel we recommend includes: Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, and DHEAS and is $109. Further testing may be recommended or requested. Results are returned electronically to the pharmacy, and you will be notified once they are received.

Initial BHRT Consultation (~ 1 hour) $150
BHRT Follow-Up Visits
15 Minute Visit (1-15 minutes) $40
30 Minute Visit (16-30 minutes) $80
45 Minutes Visit (31-45 minutes) $120
** If your visit extends past your appointment time you will be billed accordingly.
Consultation Cancellation
If a consultation is cancelled in less than 24 hours, there will be a $40 charge.
